At AscentPath, we prioritize exceptional customer service. Our goal is to have pathologists form strong, personal relationships with our clients to better assist in patient care.

That is why we offer SAME-DAY access to an ACVP Board-Certified Pathologist to discuss interpretation reports, integration of pathology results with your clinical impression, and how best to submit your specimens.

Just know that we treat every specimen that comes into our lab like it is from one of our own pets. For that reason, we purposely limit the number of cases given to our pathologists each day, so they can spend the time they need to fully evaluate each submission.

Through our Laboratory Information System (LIS), AscentPath provides individualized, online client portals for ease of submission, specimen tracking, and access to preliminary and final reports.

Cytology - Same day reports upon receipt of sample.

Biopsy - Next day reports from date of specimen receipt, with the exception of large samples that require additional fixation or decalcification.
